What payment methods do you accept?

Credit/Debit card is only accepted through the Paypal button at checkout. Just make sure you select “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” button when it asks. 

Why do I need a login? 

Your login email will be used to store your previous transactions. In case you lose your downloads you can always log back in to download them again. 

Can I get a refund? 

Digital products are not eligible for refunds. Physical products will be considered for refund on a case-by-case basis. Fill out the form on the Contact Us page or through social media and we will review your issue. 

How can I contact you? 

Currently the best method of communication would be on social media through Facebook or Instagram.

How do bundles work? 

A product titled “The Complete Bundle” includes

• Digital download of the track
• Digital download of guitar tabs for that track
• Digital download of backing tracks for that track

“Full Album Packages” will include “Complete Bundles” for all the tracks on that album giving you access to digital downloads of all the tracks, guitar tabs, and backing tracks, for that album. 

How much do Guitar Lessons cost? [guitar lessons are no longer offered at this time but may come back in the future]

Lessons are $15CAD in 30 minute chunks and will include written material for you to practice. These can be sent to you in multiple Guitar Pro formats (.gp, .gpx, etc) or .pdf

WHERE ARE LESSONS HELD?

Lessons will be conducted over Discord. You are not required to make an account to make calls on Discord but it may make the process easier
